Prior to teaming up with Sei and Amy in their vigilante group, Meg and Jo formed a partnership to survive the harsh streets and dark alleys of a futuristic New York City. Upon discovering that their friend Shirley was viciously attacked by a maniac controlling a deadly mecha, Meg and Jo vow to seek justice for her. Despite facing opposition from corrupt law enforcement, the gun-wielding duo manages to eliminate the dangerous foe after a thrilling pursuit.

Also known as The Angel's Second Coming, Infinity should have been included as a bonus feature with a Burst Angel collection. Along with the OVA, the disc contains a "Battle Record" showcasing the original series' fights, chases, and captivating shots, as well as Japanese trailers for both the OVA and the series.
