The Japanese anime series, along with the OVA episode, consists of a total of 24 episodes. Set in a dystopian future where law and order are crumbling in Tokyo, the Recently Armed Police of Tokyo (RAPT) is formed to tackle the increasing crime rates. However, amidst this bleak atmosphere, a mysterious angel named Jo (voiced by Akeno Watanabe) appears on Earth. Together with her companions Sei (Rie Tanaka), Amy (Mikako Takahashi), and Meg (Megumi Toyoguchi), she embarks on a mission to restore peace.
